What causes hearing loss?

Hearing loss is usually attributed to people ages 65 and older, but it can start much earlier!👂

The most common contributors to hearing loss are:

•Smoking (smokers have been found to experience more hearing loss than non-smokers in studies 🚬)
•Genetics
•Medical conditions
•Medications
•Sickness
•Damage caused by noise or pressure
